We work primarily with owner-managed businesses, family-owned enterprises, and mid-sized companies operating in or through Hong Kong. Our clients range from founders preparing for a first exit to leadership teams navigating a significant structural change.
This depends significantly on the scope. A focused diagnostic or strategic review may conclude within four to six weeks. More involved programmes — particularly those that include facilitation, iterative work, or implementation support — typically run three to six months. We discuss scope and timeline before any engagement begins.
Fees vary by service type and scope. Exit Strategy Planning is priced from HKD 4,500 to HKD 23,000; Cross-Functional Team Effectiveness from HKD 2,800 to HKD 14,500; and Regulatory Affairs Strategy from HKD 3,000 to HKD 15,500. We agree on a fixed fee at the outset, so there are no open-ended billing arrangements.
Our primary focus is organisations operating in or through Hong Kong. We do work with international clients where there is a meaningful Hong Kong dimension — for instance, companies entering the market, restructuring regional operations, or managing cross-border regulatory obligations.
